Write about yourself from birth to 18 years of age, in the context of our textbook chapters, in the context of our textbook chapters. You are the research subject in this Child Study Research Report. Your paper will analyze your own life, through use of the textbook, from birth to18 years of age. Explain how the stages and the outcomes. For example, what happened in Infancy, Early Childhood, Middle Childhood and Adolescence? What effect did it have on you? Is that consistent or different from what the textbook indicates?
Section I - Introduction – Introduce the paper topic and the subject (You). Who are you? When were you born? Who is in your family of origin? Etc. You are the topic being researched!
Section II - Method – In this section, you describe, using the textbook, issues of importance to you while growing up. You will need to speak with family and friends about the early years. Indicate who, specifically you spoke with concerning those years.
Section III - Results – Apply how things worked out for you here. Again, use the various chapters to define and describe topics of interest here. (For example, in Middle Childhood ... would you agree with things we learned in Chapter 12 concerning the way boys and girls express their interest along gender lines. Was that similar to how you experienced aspects of Middle Childhood?)
Sections IV & V - Conclusion & Discussion – Overall how would you define and describe your development over the first 18 years. Which issues were prominent to you and to your development.
