Models in the high-fashion industry encourage a negative body image, leading to eating disorders in teenage girls and new models. Models have a much larger impact on how young women and society view the female body in today's rapidly expanding fashion industry, thanks to social media. A model immediately comes to mind as tall, thin, and beautiful. For example, Karli Kloss, Kendall Jenner, Gigi, and Bella Hadid. This is now the ideal body type for nearly every woman you'll ever meet, but it comes at a cost. Numerous models and young girls have succumbed to anorexia, bulimia, and even, regrettably, suicide due to their intense desire for a figure that resembles Twiggy. Women's bodies come in a wide range of sizes and shapes, which should be celebrated rather than criticized.
