Ethics plays a significant role in our lives, and we constantly consider ethics when making personal or professional decisions. In the accompanying paper, I will discuss the significance of understanding and executing the morals code in our professional and individual lives. Personal ethics are based on one's values and beliefs about what is right and wrong. What our parents, other family members, and those closest to us have taught us over the years is reflected in our moral beliefs. What we believe to be right and wrong are governed by personal ethics. Personal ethics are also influenced by personality, culture, and social upbringing. Depending on the circumstance, making decisions can be challenging.
