By incorporating the students' cultures, languages, and backgrounds into the learning process, culturally responsive teaching and personalized learning aim to empower children."Teachers must be prepared with a thorough understanding of the specific cultures of the students they teach, how that culture affects student learning behaviors, and how they can change classroom interactions and instruction to embrace the differences," writes Krasnof (2016). Teaching is about getting to know your students' likes, beliefs, families, and backgrounds. I believe that students should receive holistic instruction. First, reach the students, which requires some background knowledge. I've discovered that I have a lot of patience and understanding when working with students in the fifth grade. At this age, many students have experienced difficulties in their lives. A few kids are unable to overcome obstacles. Numerous obstacles confront children neglect, domestic violence, verbal and physical abuse, poverty, discrimination, academic pressures, and bullying teachers who are culturally receptive will be able to identify students' concerns.
