US based Publicly Traded Company- Overall asset vs. debt picture

AGCEO which stands for “All Great CEOs” is an organization that is responsible for selecting and reviewing application for CEOs that are interested in applying for US publicly Traded based companies that have revenues greater than $1,000,000.
You been presented an opportunity to be a CEO of any US publicly Traded based company. However, before you can take on this role and make your selection there is some due diligence that you have to do before you decide and report back to the committee as part of your application interview process.
The following pieces of information is required to be obtained:
1. Select a US based Publicly Traded Company- Make sure to have this approved by me.
a. Provide a brief background on what they do.
2. Pull their Income Statement and Balance Sheet for Fiscal Year ending 2019 and 2018.
a. Obtain their Net Income and determine if there has been any growth over the year. Make sure to record this information onto your presentation.
b. Review their balance sheet and look at their overall asset vs. debt picture, do they appear to be a healthy company. Make sure to record this information.
i. What type of assets accounts do they have (name 2-3) what type of liability accounts do they have (name 2-3)
c. What was there average stock price during 2019 and 2018. Where do they trade (NASDAQ, NSE, DOW, S&P500) Make sure to know the difference between them, why does your company trade there.
i. How have they done stock wise, have they gone down?
3. Who are there internal auditors?
4. How does this company do in a down economy? How is their financial picture during COVID?
5. Does this company appear to have a healthy financial accounting picture, why or why not?
6. Would you want to be the CEO of them?

Requirements:
 Make sure to put this in PowerPoint
 You should have a minimum of 6 slides, no more than 10.
o Make sure you are doing spell check
o Your message is clear and concise
o No pictures, music, graphics, etc.
o Make sure the font is the same throughout
o All the words are the fit on the page, you have clear sentences or phrases
 Make sure to clear with me the approval of your company
 Ensure that you answer all the required questions
