Which Is More Important: Talent or Hard Work?

Write an argument paragraph. Be sure to include a title page and another page with a minimum of three references you used to support your argument.

Example.

It is pointless to possess talent if people do not make use of it. Talent is an innate quality that enables individuals to achieve their objectives intelligently. Since talent does not guarantee that a person will lead the team on the field, people should never expect a positive outcome from sitting on a sofa and doing nothing because hard work wins when talent fails to work hard. Talent is worthless if a person does not try to cultivate and harvest it. Hard work and perseverance will still win out over pure talent. As a result, when hard work and creativity coexist, better outcomes are achieved. Even though they were born with a brain that could be a genius, the same happens when people can't become true geniuses without putting in a lot of effort. As a result, I strongly believe that talent is less important than hard work.
First and foremost, talent typically does not result in life success, whereas hard work does. Therefore, even though having the natural ability is advantageous, talent alone is insufficient in most cases. However, if people do not put in enough effort, the outcome will be much less successful.
